Slayer is an American thrash metal band from Huntington Park, California. The album was the band's most progressive offering, featuring longer and more complex song structures. The intro of the title track is a backwards recording of a demonic-sounding voice repeating "Join us", ending with "Welcome back" before the track begins Reign in Blood (1986–1987) . Original Slayer drummer Dave Lombardo rejoined the band in 2001 after a nine-year hiatus, and performed on the albums Christ Illusion (2006) and World Painted Blood (2009) before departing once again in 2013.

Slayer: GOD HATES US ALL. Disciple is one of their best songs for sure - V4noM. Takes the speed from Reign in Blood and anger from God Hates Us All and mixes them perfectly.
God Hates Us All is the eighth studio album by American thrash metal band, Slayer. God Hates Us All was released on September 11, 2001 through American Recordings. Most of the lyrics were written by guitarist Kerry King and cover topics like religion, murder, revenge and self-control. The album was recorded at The Warehouse Studio in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada because of the availability for cheaper studio time.
Lombardo recorded another album with Slayer in 2009, titled World Painted Blood. In August 2016, Misfits announced Lombardo as their drummer for their reunion tour24.
this album is their best since reign in blood. its their most aggressive to date, it's very heavy and LOUD!! tom araya has never sounded so angry, the songs disciple, new faith, exile, bloodline oh damn it every song is bloody sic, one of the greatest metal albums of all.
Lombardo played drums on nine Slayer albums, including the 1986 album Reign in Blood and the 2006 album Christ Illusion, for which he received critical praise. Lombardo's music career has spanned forty years, during which he has been involved in the production of thirty-five commercial recordings covering a number of genres. Lombardo recorded drums on Slayer's 2006 release Christ Illusion, promoting the album on The Unholy Alliance tour. King said Lombardo was a major attraction for the fans, and one of the reasons for their surge in popularity. Chris Steffen of Rolling Stone wrote, " Christ Illusion is God Hates Us All without the memorable riffs, at least their awesome drummer Dave Lombardo shows off some chops, particularly on the raging 'Supremist.
Dave Lombardo is travelling to Burbank, California from Sacramento International Airport. 17 June at 09:17 · Sacramento, CA, United States ·. It’s time to shift gears. Although i also like Slayer's albums without.
